Is this type of growing Hydroponic Organic or both?

 The short answer is both if you prefer! You can't escape the hydroponic aspect of this container. When you water your plants, you  water them from the top, so the water naturally drains down into the plant roots first. (Grow Anything, see pic below)
 
  Organic is a choice, if you want to grow organic vegetables in your Topsy Turvy, then you will  need to start with organic seeds or plants. Also you will need the use of organic plant food to feed and nourish your vegetables

  Organic seeds are available at your local Lowes or Home Depot garden center
           
            Somethings you should Know

 You can put more than one plant in each Topsy, and you can put  two different types of tomatoes (cherry and beefsteak) in each  planter, or any combo. The more you pick-em, the more they will  come back. You have to keep up with fertilizing them
